Wait List Information
These are the most current available lists of PPCC easement members waiting for open SUP rack space, multi-use rack space and power boat slips. When a vacancy occurs, the member at the top of the list will be notified by list-keeper Mark Frinell of the vacancy and have 14 days (for power boat vacancies) or 7 days (for all other vacancies) to accept and make payment, decline, or decline and request being added to the bottom of the list. It is impossible to know how long it takes to work through any of these wait lists, but we do update them periodically. Based on past turnover patterns in the short time (~5 years) that we have had wait lists, it is likely that they are all several (4 to 10+) years long as of 2024. We regret the inability to accommodate more families with storage space, but space constraints at the easement and Lake Corp policies preclude any expansion beyond our current facilities.
